A very spacious catamaran, solidly built for ocean cruising sleeping 6 very comfortably and 8 using the v berths in the bows. The starboard hull is the owner’s stateroom with custom mattress, settee, and plenty of storage space in 3 lockers and a large head with shower. The port Hull has two spacious cabins with one head and shower amidships. The cockpit is wraparound with double post support table, seating 6-7 comfortably. The steering station is conveniently located so the helmsman is not separated from the guests.
The saloon is accessed through a large sliding door with a wood table, seating for 8 people, and lots of storage space under the seats. The adjacent galley has an LPG ENO 3 burner stove and oven, freezer and refrigerator, double SS sink, sea water faucet. It allows the chef to not be far too from the guests.
The Raymarine electronics with Axiom MDS and Quantum radar are three years old. There is an instrument head for wind speed and direction, depth sounder, and Raymarine autopilot. The electrical system has a three-battery house bank and separate batteries for the port engine and genset. The entire battery system is redundant with a battery combiner, and the batteries can also be charged by the Northern Lights 8KW genset.
Six winches (2 on the mast, 2 manual, and 2 electric Lewmar 48) on the coach roof make sail handling convenient. Also, a Lewmar 40 electric winch adjusts the traveler and lifts the Highfield dinghy and the 4 HP 2-stroke Mariner outboard on the stern-mounted davits.
Dreamweaver is in exceptional condition. Every year, her bottom is painted, and the decks are cleaned and waxed. She is also shrink-wrapped every winter.
«When things weren't working out with my previous Yacht Broker, a friend of mine suggested that I contact Yacht Access to sell my Sea Ray. I contacted Dan Paolillo at Yacht Access and there was absolutely no pressure. After our initial conversation Dan followed up with a list of comparable vessels recently sold and a list of similar vessels currently available with asking prices. After looking over the information we decided on an asking price and within 90 days Dan had my yacht under contract. Two weeks later it was sold. Since then we've kept in close touch and will hopefully be closing on my next vessel soon. After no success selling my 48' Sea Ray Sedan Bridge with my previous broker, calling Yacht Access was the best decision I ever made. I would encourage anyone looking to buy or sell to contact these professionals.»
