When seasoned racers look at the scratch sheet and see a J/111 in their division, they take notice. These 36-foot speedsters are typically known for their large and competitive one-design fleets, but J/111 owners have found ample success at PHRF and ORC events in recent years. They have also proven to be competitive in shorthanded offshore racing scenarios, such as the Bermuda One-Two. Simply put, these boats are a terrific blend of comfort and competition, offering their owners maximum flexibility and an exhilarating sailing experience. 

SPIKE is a 2015 J/111 built in Bristol, Rhode Island with a single owner. She has spent most of her life in the BVI, racing in events on the surrounding islands. SPIKE has been professionally maintained by a captain, who also runs their successful and revered racing syndicate. She comes with B&G H5000 electronics and is equipped with a well-rounded North Sails inventory (racing and delivery). Her decks and topsides are free of crazing, and she has never been cruised for extended periods of time.
