We are pleased to present an exceptional opportunity to acquire "NAN", a classic motor yacht designed and built by the esteemed naval architect Ed Monk Sr.. This vessel carries a rich legacy. In 1934, Monk Sr. crafted hull #1 for his personal use, and "NAN" served as his family's live-aboard home and even functioned as his architectural office for a time. "NAN" has won multiple accolades, including first place in the International Cruisers Race in 1946 and subsequent races up until 1956. Additionally, "NAN" won skippers choice at the Classic Yacht Association Rendezvous in 2000 and received other classic yacht recognitions up until 2005. She remained under American ownership until 2006 before being lovingly relocated to Germany. Stepping aboard "NAN" reveals a remarkable level of craftsmanship and dedication on both sides of the pond. Throughout her history, she has been meticulously restored, upgraded, and maintained at the most reputable ship yards and with the utmost care, preserving her near-original splendor. The current owner continues this tradition of exceptional stewardship, ensuring "NAN" remains in pristine condition. This 50ft classic offers an exceptional galley, a gorgeous head with bathtub, two staterooms, an elegant salon and a cozy aft deck for al fresco lounging. The bed is queensized with a bed side table. NAN boasts an elegantly designed interior. The aft portion of the vessel is the guest cabin offering two large singles, built-in chest of drawers for ample storage and a ladder leading onto the aft deck.
