The Carver 440 Aft Cabin boasts a remarkably spacious salon, two double staterooms, and two heads, both equipped with separate stall showers. A convertible U-shaped dinette allows the 440 to sleep up to eight adults comfortably. Large wraparound salon windows ensure abundant natural lighting. The galley, situated two steps down from the salon, includes a large single sink and a full-size refrigerator/freezer.

Aft of the salon, the master stateroom features a walk-around queen berth, a hanging locker, and a private en suite head. The forward guest stateroom provides an angled double berth, a hanging locker, and private access to the second day head.

The 440’s semi-enclosed aft deck is appointed with a full wet bar, refrigerator, and ice maker. Standard amenities included a salon entertainment center, a foredeck sun lounge, aft deck wing doors, and a radar arch. Powered by Cummins 420hp diesels, the Carver 440 Aft Cabin cruises at 18–20 knots. The Carver 445 is an identical model, distinguished by an integrated swim platform.

Grace is moored in the New Orleans Municipal Yacht Harbor, which is only a short 25-minute drive from the New Orleans International Airport (MSY). She was purchased in 2022, and the seller has spent over $100,000 making her one of the nicest 440s on the market.
