Multiple oil/filter changes to the genset during the season. Twice a year, the exterior gets a multi-day, professional detailing including polishing and sealing of the teak floors. Lightly used in the Northeast for 6 months per year. "Pronto" is the last 5000 SY produced by Riviera- you cannot own a newer one.
