"Too Chuffed" is a fine example of a well taken care of, 1987 Hunter Legend 37, ready for the next owner to enjoy and live the dream. She is a fine midsize cruise/racer that offers the best of both worlds. The Hunter Legend 37 is known for its good sailing performance, especially in light to moderate winds. Its hull design, large cockpit and rigging allow for efficient sailing, making it a popular choice for both cruising and racing. Her open transom offers easy access to board a dinghy. All control lines are lead aft which allows for easy single-handed sailing.
Below deck is a cabin that rivals most 40-footers. She includes a large main salon with ample seating. An entertainment center with an area for a built in TV also makes for great entertaining. Dining is enhanced by settee berths port and starboard and a hansom teak drop leaf table between. Shelves, drawers, and lockers make the most of abundant stowage space. A permanent navigator's station is located to starboard that provides a wide and secure working area even in a seaway. To port is an efficient u-shaped galley that is spacious and fully equipped for comfortable cruising with a 2-burner propane stove and top loading refrigeration.
The aft cabin features a centerline Queen size berth, two full hanging lockers and custom fitted storage areas. To starboard aft of the main cabin is the head with a separate shower stall. The forward V-berth sleeps two and has its own hanging locker and mirrored sink with vanity.
The Legend 37 offers plenty of storage space both above and below deck, which is essential for long-term cruising. This includes ample lockers, cabinets, and compartments to store gear and provisions.

«When things weren't working out with my previous Yacht Broker, a friend of mine suggested that I contact Yacht Access to sell my Sea Ray. I contacted Dan Paolillo at Yacht Access and there was absolutely no pressure. After our initial conversation Dan followed up with a list of comparable vessels recently sold and a list of similar vessels currently available with asking prices. After looking over the information we decided on an asking price and within 90 days Dan had my yacht under contract. Two weeks later it was sold. Since then we've kept in close touch and will hopefully be closing on my next vessel soon. After no success selling my 48' Sea Ray Sedan Bridge with my previous broker, calling Yacht Access was the best decision I ever made. I would encourage anyone looking to buy or sell to contact these professionals.»
