La Vita Marina is a gorgeous expedition-style trawler that combines rugged performance with timeless beauty. Designed for long-range cruising, it features a stunning interior highlighted by finely crafted woodwork and custom cabinetry. La Vita Marina’s design brings a blend of reform and function to refined comfort. Built for adventure, yet detailed with the care of a luxury yacht, this vessel offers both capability and classic style at sea.
La Vita Marina has a unique story. Her hull was built in 1993 by the well-known Holland Marine. She had her engine and generator set in place but not commissioned. The original owner was a master carpenter that spent years installing woodwork of the highest quality. Every system that has been installed has been the pinnacle of the marine industry. Though the hull was constructed in 1993 it has virtually no use and has even been refinished. Most equipment and components installed are in like new condition or updated since original construction. All existing equipment is like new and launching the vessel can be considered virtually new since 2020.
Layout
The vessel interior is on two levels staring forward is the chain locker separated from the rest of the interior by a waterproof bulkhead and accessed via deck hatch. Aft of the chain locker is the primary stateroom with enclosed head and shower. Aft is the guest stateroom and enclosed head and shower. Aft of a watertight bulkhead is the engine room and machinery space and aft again is the lazarette storage and access to the steering gear. The upper level forward has the pilothouse helm station, navigational station and sofa. Aft and down is the dinette to port and galley to starboard. Access to the engine room is through a separate exterior starboard door. Access to the pilothouse and living quarters is through an aft door or two side doors. Upper exterior level is accessed aft up molded in stairway and watertight hatch.
«When things weren't working out with my previous Yacht Broker, a friend of mine suggested that I contact Yacht Access to sell my Sea Ray. I contacted Dan Paolillo at Yacht Access and there was absolutely no pressure. After our initial conversation Dan followed up with a list of comparable vessels recently sold and a list of similar vessels currently available with asking prices. After looking over the information we decided on an asking price and within 90 days Dan had my yacht under contract. Two weeks later it was sold. Since then we've kept in close touch and will hopefully be closing on my next vessel soon. After no success selling my 48' Sea Ray Sedan Bridge with my previous broker, calling Yacht Access was the best decision I ever made. I would encourage anyone looking to buy or sell to contact these professionals.»
