Everbreeze is a Wesmac 38 hull custom designed by naval architect Donald Wilksinson and completed by David P. Bradley & Company to provide her original / current owner with a robust lobster boat style cruiser with pilot house and cockpit simply equipped to “keep the decks clear” allowing for uses running the gamut sport fishing to sailing regatta support boat to end of day libation and conversation while at the same time providing her owners with cozy and comfortable quarters down.
A one owner boat Everbreeze has been extremely well cared for by her knowledgeable owners when in the water and being of use while spending the winters under the watchful eyes and talented hands of the crew at Noank Marine Services.
One can always tell when a boat has been (and is still) a well-cared for boat. This is especially evident when a boat is put up for sale and (in New England) decommissioned for winter storage. A less than conscientious boat seller might just treat their boat as “out of sight / out of mind” with little thought or action to making the boat an attractive and trouble-free package for possible buyers while other owner / sellers will spare no expense to make sure the boat is looking good, all equipment is operating at 100% and most of all make sure that any work done is done the right way with no corners being cut just to save a couple of dollars. The owner / seller of Everbreeze is very much in the camp of dong everything needing to be done and doing it all in the best manner possible no matter what the status of ownership so that when a potential buyer comes along they can see not only the current high level of care but also on-going projects in repairs and upgrades keeping Everbreeze in a condition above and beyond all other Downeast style boats in her size range and age currently being offered for sale.
«When things weren't working out with my previous Yacht Broker, a friend of mine suggested that I contact Yacht Access to sell my Sea Ray. I contacted Dan Paolillo at Yacht Access and there was absolutely no pressure. After our initial conversation Dan followed up with a list of comparable vessels recently sold and a list of similar vessels currently available with asking prices. After looking over the information we decided on an asking price and within 90 days Dan had my yacht under contract. Two weeks later it was sold. Since then we've kept in close touch and will hopefully be closing on my next vessel soon. After no success selling my 48' Sea Ray Sedan Bridge with my previous broker, calling Yacht Access was the best decision I ever made. I would encourage anyone looking to buy or sell to contact these professionals.»
