The Sabreline 36 Flybridge was a very successful limited-edition production yacht from Sabre Yachts. Built on the proven hull of the Sabreline 36 MKII Express, she has an 18 degree deadrise angle at the transom, wide chines and spray rails. The Sabreline 36 Flybridge gets up on a plane easily and offers one of the driest, most comfortable rides to be found in this size and type of motoryacht.
The interior is fitted out in varnished American Cherry with a Teak and Holly cabin sole.
Starting in the bow, the forward cabin offers a vee-berth layout with a large comfortable berth with several storage spaces below, a large hanging locker, full length mirror, and shelves with lockers on either side above the berth. There is direct and private access to the head.
Just aft of the forward cabin to starboard, is a full head with Jabsco electric MSD, solid surface vanity with storage behind, opening overhead hatch and portlight, and a large shower stall with seat. The head can be accessed through doors in both the forward cabin and the galley.
Just aft of the forward cabin to port is a full galley. The galley down configuration is well lit, spacious, and benefits from natural light coming from overhead through the salon windows. The cook and guests can easily maintain visual contact. The galley is equipped for cruising. An under-counter refrigerator, a convection microwave over, a ceramic cooktop and a double stainless steel sink with single lever mixing faucet, provide all the tools required for creating great meals onboard. Storage is plentiful under the counter, in the louvered door storage cabinets outboard of the sink and in the forward facing cabinets beside the microwave.
Amidships is the large open and airy salon. This entire area is surrounded by large opening windows providing exceptional light and a clear view from all around the yacht. The well-equipped lower helm is starboard side forward and has a door to the starboard sidedeck for easy access. To port is a navigator’s table and aft of that, a L-shaped settee with table. Opposite to starboard is the entertainment center.
On deck, you will find that safety and security were the primary concern of every design decision. Steps to the side decks are recessed so as not to steal valuable cockpit sole space. Side decks are also recessed and large diameter hand rails in 316 stainless steel offer a safe and easy passage from cockpit to foredeck. At the bow, there is a platform with anchor windlass and large lockers for storage of mooring lines and fenders.
The cockpit is designed for relaxation and socializing. A transom swing door opens to the swim platform for easy access to the tender or the stainless steel telescoping swim ladder. Three large lazarette hatches with gas struts open to explore large storage areas below the cockpit. There are a cockpit wet bar, courtesy lighting, and beautiful teak coamings. The stairs to the command bridge are recessed into the back of the salon bulkhead and gently slope so as to be comfortable to climb and descend.
The command bridge, with custom bimini and enclosure, comes equipped with matching custom, recently added, Stidd helm seats and an aft bench seat. The command console is equipped with a full set of engine controls and upgraded navigational instrumentation and electronics.
«When things weren't working out with my previous Yacht Broker, a friend of mine suggested that I contact Yacht Access to sell my Sea Ray. I contacted Dan Paolillo at Yacht Access and there was absolutely no pressure. After our initial conversation Dan followed up with a list of comparable vessels recently sold and a list of similar vessels currently available with asking prices. After looking over the information we decided on an asking price and within 90 days Dan had my yacht under contract. Two weeks later it was sold. Since then we've kept in close touch and will hopefully be closing on my next vessel soon. After no success selling my 48' Sea Ray Sedan Bridge with my previous broker, calling Yacht Access was the best decision I ever made. I would encourage anyone looking to buy or sell to contact these professionals.»
