The owners purchased this catamaran about a year and a half ago as part of a real estate development project at Bahia Mar.

The vessel was intended to serve as a floating support platform for the project — essentially a showcase yacht during the construction phase.Over $400,000 was invested in refit work, including mechanical overhauls, cosmetic upgrades, and general improvements. Since the development plans changed, the catamaran was never actually used by the owners.
