Listings are subject to prior sale, price change, or withdrawal without notice. Photos may depict sistership vessels or representative images. Yacht Access is not responsible for errors or omissions in listing data.
AI-Powered Features
Our AI Advisor and search features provide recommendations based on your input. These are informational tools and do not constitute professional advice. Results may not reflect all available options. Always verify details with the listing broker before making decisions.
Inquiries & Lead Routing
When you submit an inquiry through our platform, your contact information and message are shared with the relevant broker or brokerage. Yacht Access facilitates this connection but is not a party to any transaction between you and a broker.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Yacht Access website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Yacht Access or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Yacht Access provides its services "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Broward County, Florida.
