The sellers actually live aboard on the hard of this vessel in the winter months, they have done a lot of work to her and she has a very nice looking upgraded interior, a good solid bone structure, and engines that reportedly run outstanding. 

This boat is obviously live aboard ready on the hard, or if you are doing some dockside living as well. If you are doing the great loop or other serious cruising adventures, it will still need some additional updating, and planning to go that route and that is okay, this boat can make these type of trips and the price point will allow you for some sweat equity...
