A fantastic Blue Water Classic. During the walk around I noted she is a very solid build and no noted soft spots. A few cosmetic touch ups is currently in process of being fine tuned by the seller, but certainly nothing to stop anyone from immediate enjoyment. 

The interior is very clean, no notice of any major leaking and the teak and holly floor is in great shape. The cushions in the staterooms feature brand new upholstery. The engine was fully rebuilt in 2022 and it shows.. The engine room itself must have been redone at that time as well, the photos (include) speak for itself. 

Seller has this timeless classic priced aggressively, he has enjoyed it for the last two years, but it is time to move on and he does not want the boat sitting around.
