Xanadu is a nice example of the popular Nonsuch 30 Classic, well known to be an easy to sail design. A ”big” boat for it’s size the Nonsuch 30 has a surprisingly roomy interior with accommodations for four people. Outside, the lack of standing rigging make her extremely easy to move around on.
