The 1984 Morgan 454 is a classic, well-built cruising sailboat designed for comfort, performance, and reliability. This is our third Morgan 454 in a few years, so we have some experience with this model. She is fast and the past two purchases went to owners who sailed to the Bahamas and the Caribbean.

• Windlass not working. In process of replacing 
• No soft spots or blisters
• Mast was replaced with in mast furler 59.6 feet
• All sails on boat and can be inspected
• Gen set is Luggar, Kubota 5kw
• Engine is Kubota 50hp 300 hours
• All batteries replaced in May 2022
• House are 8D 1200 amps (2)
• AC reverse cycle heat units work well
• Frig and freezer not working (compressor and circulation pump need replaced. estimate: $2,800)
• Instruments working
• Auto pilot is hydraulic, Raymarine 
• Bow thruster working, very quiet 
• SSB and VHF radios both working 
• New chart plotter (Simrad)

• Bottom redone in April 2022 short haul in July 2023
