"Grand Cru" is a 1985 CS30, with an 18 hp diesel engine that is in excellent shape with low hours which turns a 2-blade feather prop with a new anode. Sails are in excellent shape with a sunbrella addition to 135 jib in 2021. The boat received all new upholstery and dodger windows in 2023. The boat has all new halyard lines as of 2022 and all new 3/4 inch docklines in 2023. The bimini and dodger have heavy stitching plus leather guard to prevent wear from the boom. The fully electronic raymarine autopilot makes for easy hands free sailing. The boat is also equipped with a surround sound stereo, full chest refrigeration unit, TV, microwave, and gimbled stainless propane stove with oven, fold down dinning table, and a Lowrance fishfinder.
