This 1986 Tashiba 31 was in fresh water on Lake Michigan before the current owner bought the boat and worked on preparing her for an ocean crossing. She was kept on land in Florida and was then sailed to Georgia in 2022 where she’s now at a marina in Townsend. Plans have changed, making her available for a new owner to sail far and wide in.
Recognized designer Robert Perry penciled the Tashiba and Ta Shing Yacht Building Company built this full keel, heavy displacement, canoe stern, sea kindly ocean cruiser. While designed and equipped for blue water sailing, she remains easy to single-hand and is a pleasure to just enjoy and coastal cruise on.
