Trawlers Blue

"Blue" is a truly good looking and well-cared for version of this fine trawler design. Owned by her present owners for the last 3 years they have put considerable resources into making her one of, if not the, finest examples on the market today. She is elegant with her blue hull and white topsides and gleaming brightwork. The bottom was redone 10/23 including new barrier coat. The windows all removed and rebedded, the teak decks removed, the teak trim stripped and refinished, the genset (Northern Lights/Lugger 8 KW) replaced, the 135 Ford Lehmans fully maintained with approximately 5,585 hours and running perfectly. Full maintenance records as well as 2015-2025 oil samples are available to prospective buyers.

Vessel Walk Through

Boarding "Blue" can be done on either port or starboard side just outside the main cabin doors or from the tender onto the swim platform and up the short transom wall. Once on deck, from the port side you enter the aft end of the salon or from starboard at the lower helm. From the salon moving forward the U-shaped galley is down to port with the guest head opposite to starboard followed by the V berth. The lower helm is to starboard in the salon. There is a fold out bar forward to port with 2 stools along the port salon bulkhead. Enter the full beam master stateroom to port aft. The island queen has a large amount of storage to both port and starboard and the ensuite head with half tub with shower is to starboard forward in the stateroom. The flybridge can be accessed from the aft deck, up onto the aft cabin deck and then up onto the flybridge where the helm is located to starboard forward.

Main Salon

The salon offers a comfortable space for navigating, dining, relaxing, entertaining and

sleeping. A port side aft and starboard side forward entry door allow easy access into and out of the salon for tasks such as line handling. The lower helm is immediately inside the starboard entry door and has an good view around the boat. The instrumentation is forward of the helm with gauges and communications gear in the overhead. A small bench seat is available at the helm with salon storage underneath. Immediately aft of the helm is the custom teak sofa with a beautifully varnished stand alone teak dinette table. Above the galley in the salon is a fold up bar with 2 stools. There are curtains for all of the salon windows.

Lower Helm

The lower helm is equipped with the following instrumentation and controls:

• Lowrance HDS 12 Chartplotter/ Radar Display

• Simrad Autopilot

• Icom M506 VHF Radio

• Danforth Constellation Compass

• Battery Charger & Inverter monitoring

• Main engine gauges

• Generator controls and gauges

• Weems & Plath Clock/Barometer

Galley

The U Shaped galley down configuration offers a large amount of galley space without

removing those in the galley from others in the salon. Facing the port side in the galley the double basin stainless steel sink is immediately to your left with a Danny frost free refrigerator and freezer to your right. The 3 burner propane stove with oven is directly in front of you. With the stove top cover there is a good amount of counter space with two in counter compartments and cabinets over and under the counter on both sides provide ample storage. A secondary Nature Pure QC water filter is installed in the sink. Galley ware is included. A microwave oven rounds out the appliances in the galley.

Guest Stateroom

The forward berth is a standard V berth configuration with filler. An overhead hatch and opening portlights on both port and starboard allow plenty of natural light and airflow. There are book shelves with reading lights over each side of the berth, (2)110V outlets, storage under the berths and a hanging locker to starboard with a large shelf on top provide ample storage space.

Guest Head

The guest head is aft of the forward stateroom to starboard. Manual marine toilet and sink with h/c pressure water and storage cabinet underneath in one space. There is a mirror above the sink, storage cabinet on the outside bulkhead, a single opening portlight for additional light and airflow and access to the back side of the lower helm and electrical wiring.

Master Stateroom & Ensuite Head

The full beam master stateroom is in the aft of the boat. Entry is down a short set of steps from the salon on the port side. An access door to the engine room is behind the stairs. Storage cabinets, drawers and a hanging locker line both the port and starboard bulkheads of the master stateroom and provide a large amount of storage. The island queen is on the aft bulkhead with reading lights on each side. Large windows with shades/curtain on 3 walls provide a great deal of light into this space. The ensuite head is forward and to starboard in the master stateroom. The head features a mini tub with shower, a Jabsco electric toilet, sink, mirror and medicine cabinet. A large window with shade provides additional natural light and airflow to the space.

Flybridge

The large flybridge is equipped with a bimini and 3-sided enclosure. There are two bench seats facing aft and two helm chairs provide seating at the helm. The deck is carpeted with a removable throw rug. The following instrumentation and controls are installed at the flybridge helm:

Client Testimonials

«When things weren't working out with my previous Yacht Broker, a friend of mine suggested that I contact Yacht Access to sell my Sea Ray. I contacted Dan Paolillo at Yacht Access and there was absolutely no pressure. After our initial conversation Dan followed up with a list of comparable vessels recently sold and a list of similar vessels currently available with asking prices. After looking over the information we decided on an asking price and within 90 days Dan had my yacht under contract. Two weeks later it was sold. Since then we've kept in close touch and will hopefully be closing on my next vessel soon. After no success selling my 48' Sea Ray Sedan Bridge with my previous broker, calling Yacht Access was the best decision I ever made. I would encourage anyone looking to buy or sell to contact these professionals.»
