"Ursa Minor," hull number four of the 1988 Kadey-Krogen 54s, is brand new to the market. This series of eight full displacement and ballasted trawler style yachts have earned their spot in yacht design history as one of the most capable long-range cruisers of this size ever built. For the past 16 years, Ursa Minor has been owned by a retired superyacht captain and his wife. Because of the seller's background, these owners have been able to maintain and upgrade their Kadey-Krogen 54 to standards much higher than most owner operators. Also, the current owners have invested in many upgrades over the years. A new main Lugger engine, a new Northern Lights generator, a recent exterior Awlgrip paintjob plus a completely refit interior are four upgrades done during their time as owners.
