This is a perfect liveaboard vessel, currently berthed at Safe Harborage Marine. Spacious for its size, this yacht comfortably sleeps four adults in two private staterooms plus two at a convertible dinette and for a total of (6) berths. The interior also includes two private head compartments (one with an enclosed shower and the other with a shower), a full-service galley, large dinette and a comfortable salon. There is also a lower helm station with side-access door. The engine compartment is accessed through removable deck hatches in the salon sole, offering generous stand-up access. Outdoor living is equally accommodating with a full-width hardtop-covered aft deck and new full enclosure, flying bridge with a full enclosure and new upholstered bench seating for the family. The foredeck is easily accessible through aft deck wing doors on either side of the vessel and forward alongside-walks with well-placed handholds. Below is the list of everything new and done to this boat. This boat mechanically one of the best boats I've came across in a while, what's left to do on this boat is basically just cosmetic work like paint, bottom paint and little things like that, if you're looking for a really nice boat that mechanically has had everything done to it this is a very nice boat.
