The Great

La Buena Vida is powered by twin Mercedes in an engine room that is simply immaculate. All ship’s systems are also easily accessible in this area. All systems are maintained by a 100-ton certified captain.

The Not So Great

A designated Crew’s Quarters is just forward and down from the pilothouse. As part of the ongoing refit, the owner took everything out from this area down to the hull and deck. This provides the next owner with a blank slate to turn this area into its intended use for crew or add more guest rooms. The present owner even has professionally drawn plans for this area.

The owner’s suite is also in the same shape as the crew’s quarters. While the luxurious head is completed, the stateroom itself will need to have the rehab completed. The deconstruction is done, all it takes is the right buyer to put his or her own flavor into the area.

Finally, the navigation systems will need to be updated. While everything works, a vessel of this quality will need the latest that is on the market.
