Super clean and well equipped for racing, this boat has been maintained to highest standards bow to stern by her knowledgeable owner since 2005. Working with a former North Sails designer for years this boat has been extensively upgraded and optimized to race on Long Island Sound. You won’t find a cleaner, better maintained race boat from this era! Excellent race record.
ABOUT THE THOMAS:
Meet the T35 - Thomas Marine's solution to the dilemma of combining racing performance with cruising accommodations at an affordable price. If you've sailed only racers, you've known the discomfort from the lack of amenities. If you've sailed only cruisers, you've felt the frustration of their performance.
The T35 is the answer: a state of the art design with high performance capabilities wrapped around a practical, comfortable interior."The forward master cabin features a roomy v-berth, bureau with storage underneath, and a large hanging locker. A large forward hatch provides abundant light. The head is forward of the mast and offers a shower, vanity with sink, and storage. The main cabin features 2 fixed 6-ft. 6-in. long settees with pilot berths outboard. A dining table folds down from stowage on the main bulkhead. Aft to port is the galley, equipped with a large stainless steel sink, ice box, alcohol stove and oven, and sea water hand pump. A large forward-facing nav station housing electronics and power distribution is opposite to starboard. Two large quarter berths aft complete the cabin accommodations. The cabinet joinery is oiled or varnished teak, and the sole is teak and holly. On deck, a spacious 10-ft. long T-shaped self-bailing cockpit with contoured seats and backrests offers space, comfort, and mobility for the racing team or the cruising crew. Quality deck hardware is standard. Six large winches support sail trim. All halyards and sail controls lead aft to the cockpit, main is trimmed with cascading sheets for gross trim and fine trim. The adjustable backstay is hydraulic.
«When things weren't working out with my previous Yacht Broker, a friend of mine suggested that I contact Yacht Access to sell my Sea Ray. I contacted Dan Paolillo at Yacht Access and there was absolutely no pressure. After our initial conversation Dan followed up with a list of comparable vessels recently sold and a list of similar vessels currently available with asking prices. After looking over the information we decided on an asking price and within 90 days Dan had my yacht under contract. Two weeks later it was sold. Since then we've kept in close touch and will hopefully be closing on my next vessel soon. After no success selling my 48' Sea Ray Sedan Bridge with my previous broker, calling Yacht Access was the best decision I ever made. I would encourage anyone looking to buy or sell to contact these professionals.»
