History: One owner boat purchased new in 1992 and delivered in March 1993. Freshwater boat sailed primarily on Lake Erie. Boat has never been in saltwater. Hull is painted with AwlGrip (Flag Blue). Deck has original non-skid and white areas were painted with AwlGrip in 2020.

Outside Equipment/Extras

New companionway saloon style door (manufactured by Zarcor) were installed in 2020. These doors are made of no maintenance King Starboard and include replaceable insert panels (dark gray Plexiglass or no-see-um insect screens). The saloon style doors are equipped with a combination style locking latch. The doors are equipped with lift-off hinges so that the original hatch boards can be inserted while underway or during off season storage for additional security. New hatch board inserts and the companion slider were fabricated and installed to enhance their functionality and appearance.

Interior Accommodations

"Eagle" offers comfortable accommodations for sleeping up to seven. There is a forward V-Berth cabin and large athwartship aft cabin. The aft cabin includes a fullsize mattress. Both forward and aft cabins have storage cabinets as well as hanging lockers. The saloon offers a fold-down/foldout dining table that folds out of the way against the bulkhead when not in use. The main saloon also features a custom TV cabinet with interior storage and space to mount television accessories (CATV box, DVD player, etc.). The nav station is equipped with a chart table with storage underneath as well as the AC/DC electrical panels, VHF radios and navigation electronics. Port and starboard settees double as additional berths. The cushions are made of R-45 foam covered with stylish Sunbrella fabric.

The boat interior is bright and welcoming with overhead skylights, two Lewmar hatches and five opening port lights in the Main Saloon and Galley; one Lewmar hatch and two opening port lights in the Forward V-Berth Cabin; one Lewmar hatch and two opening port lights in the head; and one Lewmar hatch and two opening port lights in the Aft Cabin. All port lights can be fitted with the included screen inserts.

The head area is equipped with a privacy door; stand up shower with folding shower door; shower drain and sump pump for overboard discharge; hand held showerhead on an adjustable rod; lavatory with single lever Grohe faucet and overboard discharge drain; manual Raritan type PH marine head with seawater inlet and discharge to black water holding tank.
