Owners just spent $7000 in engine maintenance, manifolds, stainless risers, and new water pumps! The engines have new MerCruiser manifolds and stainless steel risers. The Twin 454 MerCruisers were previously rebuilt, with approximately 200+ hours, and will cruise at 18-20 to top at about high 20's.. Hurth V-Drives also rebuilt with approximately 200+ hours. This boat is built with a conventional modified-V hull with a solid fiberglass bottom, an integral swim platform, and prop pockets to reduce the shaft angle.
The 5000K Westerbeke generator has approximately 90 hours and runs. This boat has an extended swim platform installed with transom shower and a bracket and post for the gas grill. The camper enclosure was replaced in 2019 and is in good shape. The cockpit upholstery and dripless shafts were replaced in 2021. There is a separate shower from the head, microwave, stovetop, new ac/dc refrigerator, 16,000 btu a/c with reverse heat, VHF radio, chart plotter, depth finder, stereo, and a Windless. This boat can sleep 6, cruises at 18-20 mph, was a Great Lakes boat until 2021, all fiberglass bottom open air mid cabin, good interior upholstery, new soft goods, lots of storage, and has no known repairs needed. Slip available if needed.
Inside, the Martinique was built without bulkheads to create an open and spacious cabin. Even though she is only 36', inside, her mid-cabin floorplan can entertain your guests. While the L-shaped galley counter extends into the salon, it doesn't restrict movement. 5kw Westerbeke Generator with 90 hours.
All new camper enclosure in 2019. All new cockpit upholstery, bottom paint, dripless shafts, and water pumps 2021. This was great lakes boat all its life until last year. Separate shower from head, microwave, stove top, brand new refrigerator, a/c, new WHF, GPS/Chartplotter, stereo, extended swim platform with shower plus more. Nice boat, clean and ready to go, plus possible slip available.
«When things weren't working out with my previous Yacht Broker, a friend of mine suggested that I contact Yacht Access to sell my Sea Ray. I contacted Dan Paolillo at Yacht Access and there was absolutely no pressure. After our initial conversation Dan followed up with a list of comparable vessels recently sold and a list of similar vessels currently available with asking prices. After looking over the information we decided on an asking price and within 90 days Dan had my yacht under contract. Two weeks later it was sold. Since then we've kept in close touch and will hopefully be closing on my next vessel soon. After no success selling my 48' Sea Ray Sedan Bridge with my previous broker, calling Yacht Access was the best decision I ever made. I would encourage anyone looking to buy or sell to contact these professionals.»
