She is truly a Turnkey Vessel ready for a New Home Port. This vessel is professionally maintained and stored inside heated storage. This will not last long and a Perfect Loop Boat or Family Weekend Cruiser.
Introduced in 1993 as the 440 Aft Cabin, Carver engineers updated
this conservatively styled motor yacht in 1997 with a new integral
boarding platform and in the process, re-branded her as the
445 Aft Cabin. She's a big boat on the inside, and her wide-open
salon is among the larger to be found in a boat this size. Built on
a solid fiberglass hull with a relatively wide beam and a shallow
keel, her two-stateroom, galley-down floorplan is arranged with
double berths fore and aft and separate stall showers in both
heads. A full-size dinette is opposite the galley, and a choice of
teak or maple interior woodwork was available. A lower helm was
optional. The aft deck is on the small side (thanks to the huge salon
dimensions), although the flybridge is large enough to entertain a
small group of friends. Additional features include excellent interior
headroom, fairly wide side decks, a foredeck sun pad, and on the
445 models, staircase-style molded boarding steps built into the
integral swim platform. Offered with several gas or diesel engine
options, twin 330hp Cummins diesels cruise at 17-18 knots (about
22 knots top).
«When things weren't working out with my previous Yacht Broker, a friend of mine suggested that I contact Yacht Access to sell my Sea Ray. I contacted Dan Paolillo at Yacht Access and there was absolutely no pressure. After our initial conversation Dan followed up with a list of comparable vessels recently sold and a list of similar vessels currently available with asking prices. After looking over the information we decided on an asking price and within 90 days Dan had my yacht under contract. Two weeks later it was sold. Since then we've kept in close touch and will hopefully be closing on my next vessel soon. After no success selling my 48' Sea Ray Sedan Bridge with my previous broker, calling Yacht Access was the best decision I ever made. I would encourage anyone looking to buy or sell to contact these professionals.»
