Kadens is an excellent example of an Island Packet 40. She is extremely well equipped and she looked after her owner on an extended cruise to French Polynesia via Mexico and back plus trips coastal trips north since then. Still regularly cruised.

With a bowthruster, a full suite of sails, recent standing rigging, recent watermaker, and a robust off-grid electrical system, she will look after her next owners well on their adventures too.

CONSTRUCTION

• Displacement hull with solid fibreglass lamination
• Foredeck and cabin top are fibreglass with a proprietary “spray core” decking material.

INTERIOR

• One enters into the salon with the galley right at hand to starboard and the day head to port – ideal for offshore sailing.
• Moving forward there is the large open salon with drop down salon table for those mandatory dinner parties.
• Master suite forward with pullman bed to starboard and head forward. Lots and lots of storage. Television and Raymarine network repeater.
• Aft guest cabin with bed and settee and storage. En-suite access to the aft head.
• Beautiful bright teak interior in good condition.
• Upholstery is textured green fabric with beige vinyl cushions all in good conditions.
