This Grand Banks, Hull Number 1500 is the newest 42 Classic on the market today and is ready to cruise. This traditional trawler-style yacht is known for its spacious, full-teak interior, semi-displacement hull design with a tall bow and hard chines, offering excellent stability and seaworthiness, making it a popular choice for long-distance cruising. The GB 42 Classic features a large flybridge, walkaround decks, a master stateroom aft with a walkaround double berth, and a forward cabin with V-berths. This vessel, Knot R Problem, is powered by twin Cat 3126B engines with only 2840 hrs, which provide for comfortable cruising speeds at around 9-10 knots with a top speed of 20 knots. The 42 Classic is considered one of the most successful trawler designs ever produced by Grand Banks.
"Knot R Problem" is perfect for the Great Loop and Pacific Northwest exploring. It has cruised from Houston, to Florida, north to Montreal and back to Palm Beach with multiple trips up and down the AICW. This 2002 Classic has seen tremendous upgrades in recent years and comes tender equipped. Enjoy the 360 degree views in the spacious interior, and wide open spaces on the flybridge. Knot R Problem just completed a short yard period and is ready for immediate delivery.
«When things weren't working out with my previous Yacht Broker, a friend of mine suggested that I contact Yacht Access to sell my Sea Ray. I contacted Dan Paolillo at Yacht Access and there was absolutely no pressure. After our initial conversation Dan followed up with a list of comparable vessels recently sold and a list of similar vessels currently available with asking prices. After looking over the information we decided on an asking price and within 90 days Dan had my yacht under contract. Two weeks later it was sold. Since then we've kept in close touch and will hopefully be closing on my next vessel soon. After no success selling my 48' Sea Ray Sedan Bridge with my previous broker, calling Yacht Access was the best decision I ever made. I would encourage anyone looking to buy or sell to contact these professionals.»
