The interior accommodations on Good Things offers a roomy two-stateroom layout, with one head, a large salon, excellent Galley, and a functional nav desk. The varnished teak interior is clean and presents well with no evidence of damage or leaks.
Starting forward there is a large forward cabin with V-berth & filler cushion, hanging locker, clothes drawers, shelving and large overhead hatch. Next aft to port is the head compartment with shower area, marine electric toilet that uses fresh water, vanity with cabinet above and hot and cold pressure water. Across from the head there is a four-drawer bureau with a storage/TV cabinet above. The salon has an L shaped settee to port that can be converted to a double berth, a single settee to starboard that also serves as a two person dinette when the table is in place, a nicely varnished bulkhead mounted dining table provides seating for 4-6 and when stored opens up the cabin floor space, The galley is aft to port, and across to starboard is the nav station with the electrical panel and furthest aft to starboard is the private aft cabin with double berth, hanging locker, shelf, large hatch and opening port. The entire interior is teak with teak and holly sole. All the ports have screens and curtains. For climate control there is Reverse-cycle heat/AC.

«When things weren't working out with my previous Yacht Broker, a friend of mine suggested that I contact Yacht Access to sell my Sea Ray. I contacted Dan Paolillo at Yacht Access and there was absolutely no pressure. After our initial conversation Dan followed up with a list of comparable vessels recently sold and a list of similar vessels currently available with asking prices. After looking over the information we decided on an asking price and within 90 days Dan had my yacht under contract. Two weeks later it was sold. Since then we've kept in close touch and will hopefully be closing on my next vessel soon. After no success selling my 48' Sea Ray Sedan Bridge with my previous broker, calling Yacht Access was the best decision I ever made. I would encourage anyone looking to buy or sell to contact these professionals.»
