A 2004 Carver 444 CPMY featuring a hardtop and Volvo Penta power. The 444 has a great layout with plenty and makes an excellent floating cottage. The vessel has three different levels for easy boarding for various dock heights. The large platform and cockpit give plenty of outdoor space, with molded steps to bridge and a sliding door entrance to the main cabin. A fully enclosed bridge cockpit, and bridge with a hardtop provide plenty of seating. The salon is expansive with plenty of natural light, the galley and dinette blend in to give you a truly grand feel. Forward is the guest cabin with en-suite head. To aft you have a large stateroom with walk-around queen bed, and en-suite head with separate shower.
