While all of the Grand Banks Eastbay 49's have always been popular, "Amyleasa" is an ESPECIALLY FINE example of the more rare and desirable Salon Express (SX) model with the factory hard-back salon enclosure vs the soft enclosure found on the Hardtop Express (HX). Even more rare and sought-after is the fact that she has the side door leading to the side decks at the helm- a feature that most cruising couples consider a "must-have" on any "DownEast" style cruising yacht. She is powered by the much preferred Caterpillar C12 engine package (2060 hours and services up to date). Additionally, "Amyleasa" has recently received numerous key upgrades over the years, with some of the highlights including:
Awlgripped hullsides
Bow and Stern Thrusters
Upgraded 17.5 KW generator
Block Heaters Installed
Furuno Maxsea NavNet 3D w/East Coast Charts (updated) including Bahamas Explorer Charts
Caterpillar Digital Engine Displays

«When things weren't working out with my previous Yacht Broker, a friend of mine suggested that I contact Yacht Access to sell my Sea Ray. I contacted Dan Paolillo at Yacht Access and there was absolutely no pressure. After our initial conversation Dan followed up with a list of comparable vessels recently sold and a list of similar vessels currently available with asking prices. After looking over the information we decided on an asking price and within 90 days Dan had my yacht under contract. Two weeks later it was sold. Since then we've kept in close touch and will hopefully be closing on my next vessel soon. After no success selling my 48' Sea Ray Sedan Bridge with my previous broker, calling Yacht Access was the best decision I ever made. I would encourage anyone looking to buy or sell to contact these professionals.»
