The highly versatile Rampage 30.
An offshore fishing convertible, with the range and equipment for angling, and the comforts of a cruiser, all in a compact package that fits in your 30' slip.
This is a unique vessel, loaded with factory options, and custom-order paint. She was ordered new in 2006 through the Rampage dealer in Dana Point, and the buyer wanted to match the color to his Bentley, so the hull sides are Bentley Gray. The buyer had to back out of the sale due to financial issues, so the owner of the Rampage dealership acquired the boat as his own. The current owner is only the 3rd.
Add that she is in spectacular condition.
A long list of options and upgrades:
Tuna tower with full upper control station, and hardtop. Recent new upholstery.
Deluxe interior.
Generator, Kohler 5kw diesel.
Galvanic isolator.
Air conditioning and heat.
Electric head, with overboard discharge for the holding tank.
Tank watch monitor for head holding tank.
Pacific Edge bait tank, in addition to the transom live well.
New Furuno NXT TZ3 plotters and radar in 2022, on the lower and upper helms.
New Simrad instruments in 2022, programmed to display the engine data, and has other functions such as trip log.
Simrad AP26 autopilot, with head units on upper and lower helms.
ICOM IC-M506 VHF radios on upper and lower helms.
Fusion stereo with satellite and Bluetooth, main head unit inside the cabin, and smaller controller at the lower helm.
Swim step with integrated ladder, and dinghy-motor mount on the transom.
Tuna door in the transom.
Tackle storage, and other cabinets in the cockpit, fish hold, pole holders, etc.
2x recent new GoLight remote spotlights.
Recent new upholstery, including upper and lower helms, and bolsters in the cockpit.
Recent new Isinglass for the helm enclosure.
Recent major service on the Yanmars, including turbos and exhaust elbows. Raw-water side replacement in 2020, and serviced in 2022.
Interior: Starboard aft and amidships (in cabin) is the settee that converts to 2 single stacked bunks. Port aft is the large head compartment with shower and electric head. To port amidships is the full galley with microwave, hot/cold water, and refrigerator. Forward is the queen berth.
The boat is under priced, in my opinion. However, the seller has moved out of state and must sell her. Unlikely that you can find another diesel fishing cruiser this size and age, with this equipment, and in this condition, anywhere in California for this price. So stop ogling the ad and pictures, and call me for a showing. Don't wait till it says “Sale pending" on the ad. She is available now.
