The 2006 Rinker 342 Fiesta Vee, 100% Freshwater, is a stylish and well-appointed express cruiser that offers a blend of performance, comfort, and value. Built on a beamy semi-V hull, the Fiesta Vee’s original midcabin floorplan was arranged a little different from the norm in that the galley refrigerator is forward, under the double berth. On the downside, sitting headroom in both the fore and aft berths was very low in early models. So, an all-new floorplan was introduced in 2002—along with an extended swim platform and additional fuel—when she became the 342 Fiesta Vee. The cockpit, with seating for six to eight, includes a full wet bar with sink and refrigerator. Additional features include a walk-through windshield, electric engine hatch, extended swim platform, and transom shower.
