The 2007 Catalina 34 Mk II is a well-regarded sailboat, known for its balance of performance and comfort. It's a 34-foot cruiser designed for both leisure sailing and extended trips. Here are some highlights:

• Interior Layout: The boat features a spacious main salon with a straight settee on the port side and a U-shaped convertible dinette on the starboard side. The dinette can transform into a large double berth. There's also a forward V-berth and an aft double cabin, both offering ample storage and privacy.
• Galley: The L-shaped galley is located near the companionway, equipped with a molded countertop, a top-loading refrigerator/freezer, and plenty of storage. It's designed for convenience whether you're docked or underway.
• Navigation Station: An aft-facing nav station with a lift-top chart table is situated to port, providing a functional workspace.
• Head and Shower: The enclosed head includes a electric fresh water toilet, a stand-up shower, and a stainless steel sink.

The new design of the 34 Mark II reflects the experience of Catalina owners, who proved the practicality of the masthead rig with fore and aft lowers, forestay and backstay. The inboard shroud base leaves more room for secure footing on the non-skid deck and provides for narrow sheeting angles and the ability to carry large genoas. The wider aft cabin has an even larger berth, upholstered seat and bureau.

I have never seen a better maintained Catalina. Current owner is a pilot and every detail has been attended to from custom curtain and upholstery mounts to bird deterrents. The boat shows in "As New" condition.
