The 49PH is a very accommodating trawler, offering an open and bright main salon with both an on-deck u-shaped galley & dinette, easy to access pilothouse with port & starboard sidedeck sliding access doors, a midships owners suite and a VIP suite with private ensuite access to the guest head. A few of the great features of the 49PH is the spacious bridge deck that allows the owner to carry large tender and also have room for adventure toys such as kayaks and paddleboards, the smartly designed lazarette with built-in shelving and a large aft cockpit with a new Barrett enclosure.

Freshwater moored on Lake Union in Seattle - Moorage may be available to transfer to the new owner
