2010 Prout 45 | Moana
Launched in 2010, Moana was built in Thailand to exacting standards under licence to Prout International. This catamaran is beautifully presented and obviously very well maintained with no expense spared.
Set up for short-handed sailing, all lines come back to the fully enclosed cockpit with furling headsail and in-boom furling systems set up for easy reefing. Great systems at the helm include two full sized chart plotters for split chart and radar displays and a forward-looking camera.
The spacious, fully enclosable and weatherproof cockpit, leads into the large saloon area with a huge galley and comfortable settee/ lounge and nav station. The galley features excellent refrigeration/ freezer options and a clever pop-up convection oven/microwave ensuring heaps of counter top space for prep work and serving.
The port side layout includes the master suite with a big ensuite and separate shower. In the forward cabin, there is a custom-built walk-in workshop and storage area with plenty of spares.
The starboard side has a big double bed cabin aft with ensuite and separate shower and a roomy three-quarter bunk cabin forward with great storage.
The well maintained Yanmar engines and SD25 sail drives are accessed under the beds in clean and tidy soundproofed compartments.
Moana is a pleasure to be on board and provides a comfortable, safe, bluewater cruising catamaran.

«When things weren't working out with my previous Yacht Broker, a friend of mine suggested that I contact Yacht Access to sell my Sea Ray. I contacted Dan Paolillo at Yacht Access and there was absolutely no pressure. After our initial conversation Dan followed up with a list of comparable vessels recently sold and a list of similar vessels currently available with asking prices. After looking over the information we decided on an asking price and within 90 days Dan had my yacht under contract. Two weeks later it was sold. Since then we've kept in close touch and will hopefully be closing on my next vessel soon. After no success selling my 48' Sea Ray Sedan Bridge with my previous broker, calling Yacht Access was the best decision I ever made. I would encourage anyone looking to buy or sell to contact these professionals.»
