Performance
The capstone of the Hardtop Express model is the inclusion of an integrated hardtop - a feature that has proven wildly popular with serious anglers. Powered by CMD Zeus Pod Drives, this Michael Peters blue-water hull design provides the strength and stability you expect from CABO.
Fishability
Careful planning and forethought go into the placement of every element in the cockpit - especially essentials such as the bait tank, tackle center and rod storage. Mezzanine seating provides a comfortable perch while watching the spread. Insulated fishboxes are molded into the sole and equipped with in-line macerators. Full-length piano hinges and rubber gaskets allow for a tight seal, to keep your catch fresher longer. Lures and rigging equipment are neatly organized in a custom-designed tackle center at the rigging station. A number of additional options are also available.
Design & Construction
An efficient layout and accommodations offer the comfort and aesthetic appeal that today's customers desire. With the integrated hardtop, Gone is the need for an aftermarket hardtop, vinyl windows, zippers and flaps. The integrated hardtop provides protection, visibility and comfort on the helm deck so you can spend your days fighting fish, not the elements.
Accommodations
The cabin of the 40 Hardtop Express showcases graceful spaciousness and refined comfort, which belie the boat's hard-core fishability. A starboard settee seats six and converts to upper and lower bunks when it's time to recharge overnight. Forward, the master stateroom features a large island double berth with ample drawer and locker space. The galley is fully equipped for fine cuisine, or just for feeding a hungry crew. A cedar- lined hanging closet provides additional stowage and, because CABO is all about fishing, lockers located port and starboard can hold up to ten rods.
«When things weren't working out with my previous Yacht Broker, a friend of mine suggested that I contact Yacht Access to sell my Sea Ray. I contacted Dan Paolillo at Yacht Access and there was absolutely no pressure. After our initial conversation Dan followed up with a list of comparable vessels recently sold and a list of similar vessels currently available with asking prices. After looking over the information we decided on an asking price and within 90 days Dan had my yacht under contract. Two weeks later it was sold. Since then we've kept in close touch and will hopefully be closing on my next vessel soon. After no success selling my 48' Sea Ray Sedan Bridge with my previous broker, calling Yacht Access was the best decision I ever made. I would encourage anyone looking to buy or sell to contact these professionals.»
