Landfall is likely the cleanest pre-owned Greenline 33 on the market today. This 3rd-owner vessel has been meticulously cared for with recent upgrades from the current owner including: New laminate flooring in salon; New Blinds in Salon; and, a Gorgeously redecorated head compartment. Landfall is a very-well equipped example including Raymarine electronics with C120 MFD, radar, autopilot, depth & speed; Bow thruster; Air conditioning with reverse cycle heat; Full size refrigerator/freezer; Microwave; Remote operated swim platform, Plus more! This boat is a must see for any cruising couple interested in comfort, livability, and low cost operation due to the efficiency. This would be an excellent model to do the Great Loop or any of the other canal systems due to its size, beam, cruising speeds, and safe & easy access fully around the boat to handle lines & fenders.
The revolutionary 'superdisplacement' hull is the secret behind Greenline 33 to generate lower CO2 emissions than comparable boats, and produce less wake. The fuel consumption per nautical mile is less than that of a comparable displacement hull on any boat and as little as one quarter of a semi-displacement, twin-engine planning boat. You can expect to cruise at 10kts, burning about 4 GPH, 2.5 GPM, with over a 300 nautical mile range. The range & efficiency skyrockets to over 700 miles at 6.5 kts! Watch the video or call me to discuss the hydrodynamic principles behind this efficiency.
A prior owner replaced the 48 Volt lithium battery bank with a 48 Volt lead acid battery bank for safety and because they were only using the boat in diesel mode. The current owner has continued to operate the boat this way. A new Victron solar regulator installed Oct 2025 to charge the 48 Volt system, which is then run through an inverter/converter to power the 12 Volt systems. The 48 Volt battery bank may also be charged from the electric motor serving as a generator when the diesel is running. A new owner would need to install a new Lithium battery bank to operate the electric drive for a practical amount of time.
«When things weren't working out with my previous Yacht Broker, a friend of mine suggested that I contact Yacht Access to sell my Sea Ray. I contacted Dan Paolillo at Yacht Access and there was absolutely no pressure. After our initial conversation Dan followed up with a list of comparable vessels recently sold and a list of similar vessels currently available with asking prices. After looking over the information we decided on an asking price and within 90 days Dan had my yacht under contract. Two weeks later it was sold. Since then we've kept in close touch and will hopefully be closing on my next vessel soon. After no success selling my 48' Sea Ray Sedan Bridge with my previous broker, calling Yacht Access was the best decision I ever made. I would encourage anyone looking to buy or sell to contact these professionals.»
