The Celtic 40, previously known as the Admiral 40, is a robust Bluewater catamaran engineered to endure challenging open ocean conditions. Constructed in South Africa, RONIN was sailed directly from the manufacturing facility to the United States by Tim Duncan, the owner and designer of Celtic Yachts. Her second owners acquired her new at a boat show and subsequently enjoyed several years of cruising on the Chesapeake Bay. Upon acquisition by her current owner, RONIN was equipped for Bluewater sailing, and she subsequently spent two years cruising the Caribbean.
