 The hull sides and boxes on the deck are filled with foam and coated with a vinyl ester barrier to prevent osmotic blistering. This helps create a quieter ride, improves insulation for fish or cooler boxes, and enhances overall safety.

 The hulls and decks are initially coated with gel, followed by a vinyl ester barrier sprayed on all hulls below the waterline to prevent osmotic blistering. Additionally, all capping knuckles and hull sides are gel coated to enhance the appearance.
