 The hull sides and compartments on the deck are filled with foam and sprayed with a vinyl ester barrier coat to prevent osmotic blistering. This not only ensures a quieter ride but also improves the insulation for fish or cooler boxes and enhances overall safety.

 Additionally, the hulls and decks are coated with gel, followed by the application of a vinyl ester barrier coat on all hulls to prevent osmotic blistering below the waterline. Capping knuckles and hull sides are also coated with gel to enhance their appearance.

 Each model features a unique, one-piece finished and gel-coated stringer system. These systems are attached to the hull using Methacrylate for a strong chemical bond. Moreover, all stringer systems are completely gel-coated to prevent mold growth and simplify maintenance.
